Your sample policies and sample kit free refills keep your products in our prototype labs; at that point, taking the time to qualify a less expensive competitor's part for production doesn't make sense for us--particularly since we've never had a quality issue either. We do a year end review of all our suppliers. Out of 78 suppliers that we manage, only Coilcraft has NOT made an error in the past 12 months. Coilcraft stands alone in this rating. There was no one even close. I have had the feeling that old fashioned service was dead and gone...but then one company still holds the same principles that we do at SEMS.

As an RF Engineer, I think you have the best coils, selection (choice) and sampling policy. All the hardware engineers in my work place prefer Coilcraft. We also mention to all sales representatives (from different part vendors, like Avnet, Infineon, Toshiba and others) that visit us that every company should follow coilcraft sampling policy and procedures.

Other companies try to make their website "easy to use" and to "contain all information", but I always end up calling them. Coilcraft makes components that are FAR beyond adequate. Using a Stanford bridge - we found that of the samples we tested - the uniformity was far beyond the competing samples from (competitor). No contest at all!!
