RoHS status of product families
The list below shows you the RoHS status of each Coilcraft product family.
All our RoHS-compliant parts include the letter L in one of the last two positions of the part number. This provides a positive indication of compliance. The RoHS Part # column shows you the format of these new part numbers. (We've used the number 8 to stand for any other number.)
Coilcraft products fall into three categories:
| Parts that have always been RoHS-compliant | |
| - | These parts required no changes to make them RoHS-compliant; only the part number changed. |
| Parts that have an RoHS-compliant equivalent | |
| - | The old part has been replaced by a new RoHS-compliant version |
| - | The old parts will only be available until our inventory is depleted and some may be available by special order |
| Parts that will not have an RoHS-compliant version | |
| - | These parts are not RoHS-compliant and we do not plan to offer a compliant version |
| - | You should continue to use the existing part number |
